Welcome to Neuaz. By accessing or using neuaz.com, our Chrome extension, or related services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What Neuaz Provides

Neuaz helps shoppers discover coupon codes, promo deals, Deal Scores, Stack Saver estimates, and community Price Watch alerts. We do not sell the products listed on third-party merchant sites. Final prices, availability, and checkout terms are controlled by the merchant.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Coupons, Deals & Accuracy

We work hard to verify codes, but merchants can change or expire offers without notice. Deal Score, success rates, and Stack Saver results are estimates based on available signals and community feedback — they are not guarantees of savings at checkout.

4. Price Watch

Price Watch is a personal watchlist. You save a product URL, set a target price, and log prices you see. Neuaz does not continuously scrape merchants or guarantee alert delivery. Use Price Watch as a helper, not as financial or purchasing advice.

5. User Submissions

When you submit deals, votes, or price updates, you grant Neuaz a non-exclusive license to display and use that content to operate and improve the Service. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, or misleading content.

6. Affiliate Disclosure

7. Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to abuse, scrape excessively, or disrupt the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neuaz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or purchases made through third-party merchants.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
